Mastering Diversity Conference 2026: We Went Together
The Mastering Diversity Conference 2026 brought hundreds of people together at the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama for a powerful day of learning, connection and action.
Across eight specialist zones, delegates explored equity, inclusive employment, business, education, health, sport, public services and STEM. The day featured lived-experience stories, expert insight, practical demonstrations, inspiring performances and contributions from leaders across Wales.
Covered by ITV Cymru Wales and S4C, the conference also launched the next chapter of our work: Beyond the NEET Label, our developing youth entrepreneurship programme for 18–34-year-olds across Wales.
